We decline engagements involving:

• Infringement of third-party intellectual property, including counterfeit goods and pirated media.
• Adult or sexually explicit content, gambling services without a valid licence, and unlicensed financial or pharmaceutical products.
• Fraud, deceptive marketing, unlicensed data harvesting, or systems designed to evade platform rules.
• Content promoting violence, hatred or discrimination.
• Parties subject to applicable sanctions or export controls.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site and to the Services immediately, without refund of fees for work already performed, if this policy is breached. Where required, we will report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
