The middle tier of each category is our most popular because it covers 80% of typical briefs out of the box.
Yes. If your scope grows during the engagement, we'll credit what you've already paid toward the next tier and re-scope the remaining work in a one-page change order. Most upgrades happen because clients see momentum and want to add features — we make that painless.
Every project is split into milestones — typically 40% on kickoff, 30% at design approval, and 30% on launch. For retainer packages (Ignite, Accelerate, Dominate) we invoice monthly with no long-term lock-in beyond the first 60 days.
Third-party costs are billed at cost with no markup — things like domain registration, hosting, app store fees, paid ad spend, stock assets, and premium font licensing. We'll flag any of these upfront in your proposal so there are no surprises.
Each tier includes a published number of revision rounds. A round is a single consolidated feedback list from your team — this keeps the feedback loop tight. After your included rounds, additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate, but in practice 90% of projects ship inside their scope.
