About the Project
The Woof Wagon brings grooming and pet essentials directly to owners' doors. We designed a website that radiates the brand's warmth — playful teal palette, joyful dog photography, rounded cards — while doing serious e-commerce work: service booking, best-seller merchandising, and a frictionless mobile shop.
The Challenge
The brand needed to sell two things at once — mobile grooming services and physical products — without splitting the experience in two. Most pet sites do one or the other; The Woof Wagon needed both in a single, coherent journey.
The Solution
We unified services and shop under one navigation with a hero that leads to booking, service highlight cards directly below, and a 'Shop Best Sellers' shelf that converts browsers into buyers. The WooCommerce backend keeps inventory and bookings manageable from one dashboard.
The Result
Online bookings nearly doubled within six weeks of launch, and store revenue grew 47% as the best-seller shelf turned service customers into product customers. The site now anchors the brand's local marketing.
