Every proposal, contract and invoice is issued by Brainexis Tech Limited, Hong Kong. Your agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Discovery normally begins within 5 business days of a signed proposal and cleared deposit. If your timeline is tight, tell us in the brief and we will confirm what is realistic before you commit.

Four stages: Discover (strategy sprint, stakeholder interviews, written brief), Design (wireframes through to a clickable prototype), Develop (staged sprints on a live staging URL), and Launch & Scale (deployment, analytics instrumentation and a 30-day optimisation period).

Yes. We offer a smaller sprint-tier engagement designed for founders who need to ship a first version quickly, as well as full builds and ongoing retainers.

Each milestone includes the revision rounds set out in your proposal, or two rounds where none is stated. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted as a change request and only becomes chargeable once you approve it in writing.

Pricing depends on scope. Our packages page lists indicative pricing in USD, and every engagement is confirmed with a written proposal before anything is charged. Retainers are quoted monthly.

All prices and invoices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless we agree otherwise in writing. Your bank may apply its own conversion or cross-border fees.

We bill in milestones. An initial deposit of typically 30% to 50% reserves your slot and covers discovery and planning; each later milestone is invoiced only after you approve the previous one. Invoices are payable within 7 days.

Major credit and debit cards through a secure payment link, and bank transfer for larger engagements. We never see or store your full card details.

Yes, at any time by written notice to info@brainexistech.com. If work has not begun, your deposit is refunded less any third-party costs already incurred. If work has begun, you are billed for completed milestones and pro-rata for work in progress, and any remaining balance is refunded.

Email info@brainexistech.com with your project name, invoice number and reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post them.

Approved milestones, third-party costs bought for your project, delays caused by missing input from your side, and change of mind after delivery. The full list is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Yes. On full and final payment, ownership of the custom deliverables we create for you transfers to you, and we sign IP assignment as part of the agreement. We retain our own pre-existing tools and frameworks, which you may use within your delivered product under a perpetual royalty-free licence.

The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Your order is processed by Brainexis Tech Limited (CR 80815493), Hong Kong, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Both sides keep commercial information, credentials and source code confidential, and that obligation survives the engagement. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how it is protected. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Every project includes a 30-day hypercare period, during which we fix defects in the work we delivered at no charge. After that, most clients continue on a monthly retainer covering roadmap, growth experiments and platform maintenance.

Contact us at info@brainexistech.com. Defects within the hypercare period are corrected at no charge. Outside it, we quote the work or cover it under your retainer.

We guarantee the quality and delivery of the work, not commercial outcomes. Rankings, traffic, conversion rates and advertising returns depend on markets and third-party platforms we do not control, so we do not promise specific numbers.
