About the Project
Mediora connects patients with trusted specialists in a few taps. We designed the complete app experience — doctor discovery, verified profiles with ratings and experience stats, calendar-based slot booking, and appointment management — wrapped in a calm blue design language that feels clinical without feeling cold.
The Challenge
Booking healthcare is high-stakes and high-anxiety. The app had to surface trust signals (credentials, ratings, patient counts) instantly, make scheduling feel effortless, and stay accessible to patients of every age and tech comfort level.
The Solution
We built a card-driven interface with a 'next appointment' anchor on the home screen, specialist carousels with availability at a glance, and a booking flow that compresses date, time, and confirmation into one screen. A consistent component system keeps every screen familiar.
The Result
Booking drop-off fell by more than half once scheduling moved to a single screen. The app now serves 30,000+ patients, and verified-doctor profiles became the most-cited reason for patient trust in reviews.
